Maciek Nabrdalik wins Pierre & Alexander Boulat Grant

The Pierre & Alexander Boulat Grant supports a photographer who wishes to cover a social, economic, political or cultural issue in a journalistic manner, say the organizers. "it is given when a photographer cannot find [financial] support from the media."
Polish Photographer Maciek Nabrdalik, who is represented by VII Photo, has won the 2012 edition of the grant worth €8000 for a project called Economic Migrations. It documents migration caused by the recent global economic crisis in three countries.
