An exhibition currently up at the Museum of Fine Arts Boston called "She Who Tells a Story: Women Photographers from Iran and the Arab World" features the work of twelve pioneering photographers:

Who better to reflect on social issues, traditions and identity than women photographers in countries where their roles in society are at a splintering and where traditions and empowerment often collide.
